What is Timba Surveys?

Timba Surveys is a native Force.com web survey application that uses Salesforce as an existing address book enabling rapid and broad reach within an existing user's organization. It can use the org's Salesforce contact list, prospective client list, personal contact list, and address book to send surveys. Also, the application provides the ability to publish surveys through Salesforce Sites and customer portals.

How does it work?

Timba Surveys provides a powerful and intuitive survey designer. It allows to customize the questions, create skip patters, and change the look and feel of the surveys; in addition to many other features. Data collection can start immediately once the survey is designed. It's possible to analyze the data in a summary, individual recipient response, or by creating reports using Salesforce's reporting feature.
